1. Who we are (online service provider)

These Terms of Service govern your access to and enrollment in the course training offered on veskorn.com, and any portfolio-related deliverables provided in connection with the training. We are an online service provider/seller established as an LLC: veskorn.com (legal form: LLC).

For the purposes of these Terms, “we” and “us” means veskorn.com (LLC).

Consumer-rights and certain pre-contract information obligations apply when we offer services to consumers in Ukraine under On Electronic Commerce | on September 3, 2015 № 675-VIII.

2. Enrollment and pre-contract information

By enrolling, you confirm that you have read these Terms and any course description available on the site at the time of enrollment (including scope, schedule, and deliverables where applicable). Course materials and assignments are provided according to the training format described on the site.

We will treat your enrollment request as an offer to receive the training. Where a confirmation is required, we will send it to the contact details you provide.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the site and course resources lawfully and only for intended purposes. You must not:

• attempt to disrupt or interfere with the site, systems, or course delivery;
• misrepresent your identity or provide false information;
• upload, transmit, or share content that infringes intellectual property rights or violates applicable law;
• use materials to create competing training content in a manner that violates our rights or third-party rights.

4. Intellectual property

All course content, templates, recordings (if any), and related materials are protected by intellectual property rights. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the materials for your personal participation in the training.

Portfolio-related deliverables created or provided by you during the training may include elements you own; however, course deliverables we provide remain subject to our rights unless otherwise stated.

5. Fees, refunds, and changes

Any course fees, payment terms, and refund policies are provided on the course page at the time of purchase/enrollment. If a change is necessary (for example, schedule adjustments), we may update the course details and notify you using the contact information provided during enrollment.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to or use of the site or the training.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Ukrainian law.

7. Personal data and privacy

If you submit forms or otherwise provide personal data (including through contact/lead forms), we process personal data in accordance with Ukrainian law, including On Protection of Personal Data | on June 1, 2010 № 2297-VI.

Where cookies or similar technologies are used, we provide cookie disclosure and manage consent/opt-out consistent with On Protection of Personal Data | on June 1, 2010 № 2297-VI.

8. Consumer rights and complaint handling

If you are a consumer, your rights to protection and complaint handling are governed by Ukrainian consumer law, including On Consumer Rights Protection | on May 12, 1991 № 1023-XII.

9. Dispute resolution and governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of Ukraine. Any dispute will be resolved through negotiation with us first, and then in accordance with the applicable jurisdiction rules under Ukrainian law.
